UKPPC
My most recent consulting work was with UKPPC. I worked over a series of months to design more inclusive policies for the organisation. The intention of this work was to build the organisation from the ground up as one that does not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia ableism, whorephobia, classism and fatphobia. The work was mainly focused on understanding the discrimination that happens to these marginalised groups and consciously building an organisation and website that aims not to allow marginalised communities to feel excluded and instead to feel as if this organisation is intentionally for them.
